Abstract:

By substantiating these through the participating entities from the 70 cities-counties that carried out the 2nd phase of the revitalization project, the following four tasks were achieved. First, this study confirmed the need and usefulness of the model for management of the revitalization project’s cultural changes, by proposing and applying the self-assessment model for the revitalization project. Second, through the analysis results of the revitalization project self-assessment, it was ascertained that education is one of the critical success factors of activities of the revitalization project. Third, even under the same assessment criteria, a different evaluation can result depending on the points of view and perspectives. Fourth, through the analysis of self-assessment of the revitalization project, directions for the execution of resident-driven bottom-up regional development policies was proposed, including the post-revitalization project.
