Abstract:
In this study, a user satisfaction survey was conducted in 2009 at the Takino Suzuran Hillside National Government Park for the second time for compared with the former survey result in 2005. Through the analysis, a change was revealed from the 2005 survey in the evaluation structure of the overall visitor satisfaction with the park. From the viewpoint of a balance between levels of expectation (correlation coefficient of one item to overall visitor satisfaction) and actual satisfaction, we estimated the influence of the investment in the park service items on the improvement of the overall visitor satisfaction, and discussed the investment priority. On the basis of the results of this study, the usability of the evaluation method based on the consumer behavior study in the evaluation of national government parks was reconfirmed.
